I’d stay again, but maybe in a room where I can control the temperature.
The hotel is in a good location. It looks like it’s been refurbished and the room I was in was very comfortable. It has amenities that other hotels don’t have, so if you want a spa treatment or something like that it’s a good spot. Also, it has a subway station (line 7) feet away from the entrance; as well as a tour bus stop and regular bus stops.
It was a bit dusty, the room itself was clean; the towels and bed linen smelled and looked freshly laundered, but the room thermometer was dusty and so was the room control panel. I also had problems with the temperature control since it’s autumn in Korea they had the heater high. I was sweating, I had to open the window to get relief. I also had a mix up, where I had prepaid for the room and the check in staff insisted that I had to pay again at the hotel, full price. I was in contact with booking and they straightened it up and I got a refund, but next time listen to your customer when they tell you and show you that they’ve prepaid. It was just a bummer that I had to pay again then go backdown for them to refund me. On a positive note they did.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly and professional.
Room was dirty. Lots of dust, some areas (top of tv, around the closet, top of headboard)were caked with layers like they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Used sandals were under both beds. Window was actually broken and almost fell off the wall. A/C was not working.
